1.2rem;\">Es wird allen Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen mit einer Krebserkrankung die M\u00f6glichkeit angeboten, w\u00e4hrend und nach der Krebstherapie mit viel Spa\u00df und Abwechslung (sportlich) aktiv zu sein.<\/span><\/p><p>Jede und jeder interessierte Patient*in erh\u00e4lt nach eigenen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Zielen ein individuell angepasstes Trainingsprogramm mit Elementen aus Kraft, Ausdauer, Koordination und Beweglichkeit.<\/p><p>Im station\u00e4ren und ambulanten Setting werden individuelle \u00dcbungen zur Mobilisation, Kr\u00e4ftigung der Muskulatur und Ausdauerf\u00e4higkeit durchgef\u00fchrt; spielerische Elemente werden insbesondere bei kleineren Kindern zur F\u00f6rderung der Aktivit\u00e4t verwendet.<\/p><p>Neben der Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der kardiopulmonalen Funktion f\u00f6rdert die Sporttherapie das Selbstwertgef\u00fchl, die K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung und f\u00fchrt zur Freisetzung von Endorphinen.
