Die Konferenz deckt das gesamte Spektrum der europ\u00e4ischen kinderkardiologischen Versorgung und Forschung ab. So gewinnt auch die Kardio-Onkologie in Bezug auf kardiovaskul\u00e4re Sp\u00e4tfolgen aufgrund onkologischer Therapien zunehmend an Bedeutung. Diese, das Herzkreislaufsystem betreffende Therapiefolgen, k\u00f6nnen langfristig enorme Einschr\u00e4nkungen der Lebensqualit\u00e4t mit sich bringen. Die Fachbereiche Kardiologie und Onkologie zeigen an dieser Stelle eine perspektivisch sehr bedeutende Schnittmenge auf, die durch den multidisziplin\u00e4ren Austausch zwischen Expert*innen sinnvoll genutzt werden kann.
