Juni 2024 trafen sich insgesamt 22 Familienmitglieder in Elburg am Veluwemeer, um gemeinsam Windsurfen, Segeln, Kanufahren und Stand-up-Paddling zu erlernen. Das Wetter bot eine perfekte Mischung aus Sonne, Wolken und Wind mit nur wenigen Schauern.<br \/>Der Tag begann fr\u00fch morgens mit einer \u201eEarly Bird\u201c-Paddeltour, gefolgt von einem gemeinsamen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Anschlie\u00dfend ging es aufs Wasser, wo die hochmotivierten und kompetenten Teamerinnen und Teamer von Lifetime-Sport unseren Projektleiter Dr. Arno Krombholz tatkr\u00e4ftig unterst\u00fctzten. Dank ihres Einsatzes hatten alle Teilnehmenden gro\u00dfartige Erfolgserlebnisse. Einige konnten trotz koordinativer Einschr\u00e4nkungen im Laufe des Wochenendes im Stehen paddeln und windsurfen, was vorher nicht zu erwarten gewesen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer gemeinsam das Abendessen vor und beim Grillen in geselliger Runde tauschten sie die Erlebnisse des Tages aus. Es fanden auch Gespr\u00e4che \u00fcber die Krankheit statt und neue Kontakte wurden gekn\u00fcpft. Am Ende waren sich alle einig: N\u00e4chstes Jahr sind wir wieder dabei!<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wir danken allen Unterst\u00fctzern, die es erm\u00f6glichten, dass diese wundersch\u00f6ne Freizeit stattfinden konnte: der Wassersportschule Lifetime-Sport, den Stadtwerken Bochum und dem Verband Deutscher Wassersportschulen, der uns Unterrichtsmaterialien und T-Shirts
