2024 des ActiveOncoKids-Zentrum Ruhr hatten alle teilnehmenden Kinder und Jugendlichen gute Erfolge und vor allem viel Spa\u00df im Wasser. Die angestrebten Schwimmabzeichen \u2013 Seepferdchen, Bronze, Silber und Gold \u2013 wurden von allen erfolgreich gemeistert. Ein gro\u00dfes Dankesch\u00f6n geht an unsere kompetenten, engagierten und geduldigen Teamer Lisa und Darius, welche die Kinder und Jugendlichen mit gro\u00dfem Einsatz im Wasser begleitet haben.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300; text-align: center;\">Schwimmen zu k\u00f6nnen ist f\u00fcr krebserkrankte Kinder und Jugendliche von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung. Es geht hierbei nicht nur um die Sicherheit im Wasser, sondern auch um die zahlreichen positiven Effekte auf den K\u00f6rper und die Psyche. Das Erlernen des Schwimmens kann den Grundstein f\u00fcr eine lebenslange Freude an sportlicher Bet\u00e4tigung legen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bdb4e2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" ma\u00dfgeblich dazu bei, das Selbstbewusstsein und das k\u00f6rperliche Selbstbild der jungen Teilnehmenden zu st\u00e4rken. Das Gef\u00fchl, im Wasser erfolgreich zu sein, die eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten auszubauen und die Schwimmabzeichen zu erreichen, gibt ihnen einen enormen Selbstvertrauensschub. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung im Wasser f\u00f6rdert zudem die Ausdauer, die Muskelkraft und die Koordination. Dies ist besonders wichtig f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche, die aufgrund ihrer Krankheit und den damit verbundenen Therapien h\u00e4ufig k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen ausgesetzt sind.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300; text-align: center;\">Neben den gesundheitlichen Vorteilen steht auch der Spa\u00df im Vordergrund.
