September 2024, fand am Thunersee im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.honu.ch\/\">Honu Wassersport Center Thun<\/a> der erste Sportaktionstag im Rahmen des \u00abKiKli Fit\u00bb-Projekts statt. Mit 34 teilnehmenden Personen starteten wir in den Tag. Bei bestem Wetter mit viel Sonne, guten Bedingungen und super Stimmung konnten die Teilnehmenden zwischen verschiedenen sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten w\u00e4hlen: Stand-up-Paddling (SUP) im Einzel oder in der XXL-Variante (mit bis zu zehn Personen), Schwimmen oder einen Motorboot-Ausflug mit Bananaboot. Da war wirklich f\u00fcr jeden etwas dabei!<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr diejenigen, die sich lieber an Land aufhielten, gab es ebenfalls zahlreiche Aktivit\u00e4ten, die nach Belieben ausgew\u00e4hlt werden konnten. Im Anschluss wechselten die Aktivit\u00e4ten und eine n\u00e4chste Runde im Wasser stand auf dem Programm. Sp\u00e4ter gab es ein reichhaltiges Kuchenbuffet, das von den Projektmitarbeitenden des Instituts f\u00fcr Sportwissenschaft und der Kinderklinik des Inselspitals Bern gebacken wurde. Verhungert ist an diesem Tag definitiv niemand! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unser herzlicher Dank geht an das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.honu.ch\/\">Honu Wassersport Center Thun<\/a> f\u00fcr die durchgehend gro\u00dfartige Unterst\u00fctzung. Ihr habt unseren Tag zu einer unvergesslichen Erfahrung gemacht.
