entwickelte avatar-gef\u00fchrte Workouts auf die Pixformance-Trainingsplattform.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 19.2px;\">Die \u00dcbungen, die an der Oxford Brookes University entwickelt wurden, entstanden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Koordinationsteam der Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Mainz.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.2rem;\">Mit mehr als 500 funktionellen \u00dcbungen eignet sich die Pixformance-Plattform sowohl f\u00fcr individuelles Training als auch f\u00fcr Zirkeltraining und ist vielseitig einsetzbar f\u00fcr Fitness und Rehabilitation. Der FORTEe-Avatar begleitet die Nutzer*innen durch ihre \u00dcbungen und liefert dabei Echtzeit-Feedback. Visuelle Markierungen und Emojis motivieren und verwandeln jede Trainingseinheit in ein spielerisches Erlebnis.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19.2px;\">Durch die Kombination aus modernsten
