class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\" data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"811\">Nach einem kr\u00e4ftigen Regen \u00f6ffneten sich p\u00fcnktlich um 11 Uhr die Schleusen und die Sonne brach durch die Wolken.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"986\">Der Rund-ums-Rad-Tag konnte beginnen und so machten sich f\u00fcnf Kinder und ein engagiertes Team von Rynkeby Rhein-Ruhr auf den Weg. Der Tag war in vier Abschnitte unterteilt.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1296\">Der erste Teil war der Fahrrad-Check, bei dem jedes Rad sorgf\u00e4ltig inspiziert wurde. Bremsbel\u00e4ge wurden getestet, Achten entfernt und die Ketten auf das Alter gepr\u00fcft. Danach ging es weiter zum Fahrradparcours, wo die Teilnehmenden ihre Pr\u00e4zision und Radkontrolle unter Beweis stellen und trainieren konnten.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1542\">Nach so viel Bewegung war eine kleine Pause mehr als willkommen. Neben einem gesunden Snack wurden spannende Radrennen veranstaltet \u2013 eine gelungene Kombination aus Carrera-Bahn und Rennrad-Computerspiel, bei dem die Kinder um die Wette fuhren.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1808\">Der H\u00f6hepunkt des Tages war eine 14 Kilometer lange Strecke rund um den Baldeneysee. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt wurde geplaudert, kr\u00e4ftig in die Pedale getreten und viel gelacht. Mit \u00f6lverschmierten H\u00e4nden, schweren Beinen und gl\u00fccklichen Herzen traten alle den Heimweg an.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1971\">Ein besonderes Dankesch\u00f6n geht an das Team Rynkeby f\u00fcr die leckere Verk\u00f6stigung, die kreativen Ideen und das strahlende Gelb, das an diesem Tag alle
