hinauswachsen<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>Am 19. April 2025 fand ein weiterer spannender Aktionstag des ActiveOncoKids Zentrums Ruhr im Kletterp\u00fctt Essen statt. Vier engagierte Teamerinnen und Teamer begleiteten zehn Kinder im Alter von sechs bis elf Jahren durch ein abwechslungsreiches Kletterprogramm.<\/p><p>Besonders beliebt war die Kletterstrecke mit Zeitmessung: Hier feuerten sich die Kinder gegenseitig an, motivierten sich zu neuen Bestzeiten und stellten begeistert immer neue Rekorde auf.<\/p><p>Ein weiteres Highlight war das Abseilen aus der ersten Etage. F\u00fcr viele Kinder war dies eine v\u00f6llig neue Erfahrung. Mit viel Mut und Unterst\u00fctzung \u00fcberwanden sie ihre anf\u00e4ngliche Unsicherheit und konnten stolz auf das Erreichte zur\u00fcckblicken.<\/p><p>Auch die Regenbogenstrecke mit ihren farbenfrohen Tiergriffen und -tritten wurde gerne genutzt. Die kreativ gestalteten Kletterelemente sorgten f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Spa\u00df und lie\u00dfen die Kinder in fantasievolle Welten eintauchen.<\/p><p>Eine besondere Erinnerung bot zudem die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich oben auf einigen Kletterstrecken in ein Erinnerungsbuch einzutragen. Diese kleinen Erfolgsmomente wurden mit Stolz festgehalten und bieten den Kindern die Chance, sich immer wieder an ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Erfolge zu erinnern.<\/p><p>Wir danken allen Kindern f\u00fcr ihre Begeisterung, den Teamern f\u00fcr ihren tollen Einsatz, dem Kletterp\u00fctt-Team und dem DAV\/Sektion Essen f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfartige Unterst\u00fctzung. Der Aktionstag zeigte einmal mehr, wie viel Freude gemeinsames Klettern bereiten und wie viel Mut in jedem Einzelnen stecken kann.<\/p><p>Wir freuen uns schon auf viele weitere gemeinsame
