Why sport?
Sport is important for children, young people and of course also for adults - And it's fun!
Sports and exercise are good for my body because regular exercise:

- has a positive effect on my weight.
- improves my posture so that I can breathe better and stand without pain.
- supports me in quickly returning to my daily school and work routine.
- strengthens my immune system.
- promotes the release of the body's own happy hormones.
Sports and exercise affect my mood because regular exercise:
- makes me feel confident, improves my body image, and gives me self-confidence.
- allows me to experience success and helps me to deal with loss.
- distracts me from the problems and stress of my everyday life.
- serves as an outlet for frustration, anger, and disappointment.
- trains my concentration skills.
- allows me to meet new people and make friends.
- allows me to gain team experiences
- allows me to explore different forms and intensities of movement as well as sports
- gives me the opportunity to grow internally and to get to know and overcome my own limits
- allows me to rediscover the natural environment for movement
