Das bundesweite Netzwerk ActiveOncoKids verfolgt das Hauptziel, Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen während und nach einer Krebserkrankung, Bewegungsangebote zu ermöglichen. Dazu arbeiten und kooperieren wir mit Partner*innen und network members (locations) in an interdisciplinary team in a transparent and consensus-oriented manner.

The goal of returning to school and/or club sports after a cancer diagnosis should therefore be actively pursued. This is also reflected as a clearly defined right, including in the mandatory physical education curriculum at school. Learn more about sports in pediatric oncology.
