Who we are
Our main goal is to jointly enable exercise programs and adequate sports support for children and young people with and after cancer. To this end, we are searching with affected persons for individual exercise opportunities and supporting Clinics and centers in the development and expansion of exercise and sports programs.

Even during intensive therapy phases in the hospital, guided exercise programs and sports are possible and beneficial. In addition to a general improvement in mobility and fitness through exercise programs, studies have observed a positive impact on quality of life and a reduction in fatigue symptoms. The results of clinical studies with adult cancer patients further suggest that targeted exercise therapy can reduce undesirable therapy side effects such as pain, polyneuropathies or bone density loss.
We support, among others, physical education teachers and sports clubs in the inclusion of affected individuals. A particular focus of our project is on children and adolescents who, due to their illness, return to the sports world with changed conditions, including permanent physical or psychological problems or disabilities. Examples of these include severe exhaustion, balance problems, visual impairments, or even amputations.
