Sports and exercise for polyneuropathy

The training brochure is aimed at children, adolescents, and their families affected by polyneuropathy.

Polyneuropathy is a possible side effect of chemotherapy.
Damage to nerve cells causes those affected to feel tingling in their hands or feet, and their sense of touch may change. This can lead to problems in everyday life, e.g., when tying shoelaces, holding a pen, or walking.

The main part of the brochure contains various exercises designed to improve the symptoms of polyneuropathy. The aim is to give children and young people fun ways to do the exercises at home.

We are happy to send brochures to NAOK locations upon request.
